(Headquarters: Minato-ku, Tokyo, Representative Director: Yozo Tachibana, hereinafter referred to as "PROSPER"), which promotes regional revitalization through investment in small and medium-sized enterprises in Japan with tourism as its core, announces the opening of "Soratoniwa Atami Izusan VETTEI" (hereinafter referred to as "Separate Residence") on March 16, 2026, on the premises of the hotel "Soratoniwa Atami Izusan," which was rebranded and opened on October 1, 2025, in Izusan, Atami City, Shizuoka Prefecture.

"Soratoniwa Atami Izusan" is a resort hotel operated by PROSPER･CAPITAL Limited Liability Partnership, whose members include PROSPER, and owned and managed by the PROSPER Japan Enterprise Growth Support Fund No. 1 Investment Business Limited Liability Partnership (hereinafter referred to as "PROSPER Fund").

Number of rooms: 5 buildings in total (all non-smoking), 3 of which are dog-friendly.

Size: 50 sqm interior (2 stories), approx. 100 sqm exterior.

Capacity: 5 people per building.

Each fully detached private villa is equipped with a private sauna produced by Metos Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Metos"), a company that has been a driving force in Japanese sauna culture, a cold plunge pool with a chiller, as well as a private deck terrace and a private garden. In addition to enjoying BBQ and bonfires, they are also equipped with a projector and screen.

We propose a new style of stay in a private space surrounded by the rich nature of Izusan, where you can refresh your mind and body with saunas and bonfires in undisturbed tranquility, and enjoy movie watching.

<Development Story>

"Soratoniwa Atami Izusan" underwent a complete renovation of "Yutollo Atami" and its main building was rebranded and opened in October 2025.

The rebranding concept is "A Timeless Journey - Ever-Evolving Retro -" .

Atami, which has gained attention in recent years as a city of Showa retro charm, aims to create a hotel that symbolizes the bustling city center, attracting new energy, especially among young people, and contribute to Atami's liveliness. With this sentiment in mind, renovation work was carried out with the aim of creating a concept hotel that combines "retro" and "modern" lifestyles, expressing both the past and present of Atami.

In the main building, we have added three suites "with sauna and open-air bath," and we propose new ways to stay beyond just accommodation, such as welcome afternoon tea sets to deliver a small escape from the everyday, cuisine that allows you to enjoy the blessings of Atami's local sea and mountains, complimentary "Shime Parfait" (dessert parfait) to end your travel night, and the newly established "Sky Garden Photo Terrace" and "Footbath Cafe" offering a sense of openness.

Furthermore, for the newly opened separate residence, to provide a lodging experience that cannot be expressed in the main building, we have equipped fully detached private spaces with saunas, BBQs, bonfires, projectors and screens, and locally sourced cuisine, realizing a stay experience that delights all five senses.

While the main building and the separate residence offer distinct lodging experiences, the hotel "Soratoniwa Atami Izusan" is completed by the mutual complementarity of their charms.

We have adopted a two-story maisonette structure, securing approximately 150 sqm of private space per villa.

All villas feature a sauna space produced by Metos, Japan's top sauna manufacturer and a leader in Japanese sauna culture. The high-performance sauna room allows for self-löyly, and aroma oils (rento) for löyly are also provided. You can fully enjoy your preferred sauna experience while feeling the aroma and steam throughout your body.

Outdoors, there is a terrace suitable for "Kiga-yoku" (outdoor bathing) and a cold plunge pool with a chiller, allowing you to enjoy an authentic "refreshed" experience in a completely private space.

3. Offering a luxurious experience with bonfires, projectors & screens, gourmet cuisine, etc.

The villas are equipped with spacious private gardens where you can enjoy bonfires and BBQs. The bonfire features a fire pit pot made by the popular outdoor brand Solo Stove, creating special moments spent in nature, such as marshmallow roasting and baked sweet potato experiences.

For dinner, you can easily prepare a course meal supervised by a chef from a Michelin-starred hotel within your villa and enjoy it BBQ-style.
