1. Shaved Ice with Natural Water: Domestic Raw Melon

Tsumugi's shaved ice is popular for its "fluffy" texture, created by shaving high-purity ice made from natural water from one of Japan's leading granite regions into extremely thin layers.

It is topped with melon milk sauce and plenty of fresh green melon flesh. Inside, custard cream and cinnamon-flavored cookies are hidden, offering a changing texture and taste as you eat. You can also add extra melon milk sauce to your liking. (+¥110)

2. Shaved Ice with Natural Water: Mango Coconut Milk

This shaved ice is topped with coconut milk sauce and mango milk sauce, along with mango chunks, whipped cream, and a monaka wafer. The contrast between the fluffy ice and the crispy monaka is a key accent. You can also add extra coconut milk sauce or mango milk sauce to your liking. (+¥110)

3. Mango Passion Japanese Black Tea

A Japanese black tea with a refreshing aftertaste, combining mango juice reminiscent of the tropics with passion fruit. The vibrant and refreshing flavor spreads along with the mango pulp.

4. Yuzu and Mint Green Tea Soda

A green tea soda with the gentle sweetness of yuzu tea and refreshing mint. It is served with a yuzu and mint soda base, and customers can pour the accompanying tea sauce themselves to finish. Enjoy the beautiful visual effect as the color changes to green.

5. Unagi Tamago Ochazuke Set ~Sea Bream Dashi Flavored with Roasted Green Tea~

This set features grilled eel, cooked until fluffy, and egg, served with three kinds of condiments. First, enjoy the eel with the "sauce" and "sansho pepper" if desired. Next, top it with "baraboshi nori" (dried and roasted seaweed in its whole form, preserving its original umami and nutrients) made from freshly picked seaweed, pour the roasted green tea sea bream dashi, and enjoy it as ochazuke (rice soup).
