Prologis to Host Preview Week for "Prologis Park Iwanuma," a Logistics Facility and Large-Scale Logistics Warehouse in Tohoku [April 20-23]

Prologis will hold a Preview Week for "Prologis Park Iwanuma" for four days from Monday, April 20 to Thursday, April 23, 2026.

"Prologis Park Iwanuma," located in Iwanuma City, Miyagi Prefecture, is a two-story, multi-tenant logistics facility with a total floor area of approximately 51,000 sqm. It is situated within the "Iwanuma Rinko Industrial Park," close to Sendai Airport, making it an ideal logistics location with excellent access to Sendai Airport and central Sendai City.

• A few minutes by car from Sendai-Tobu Road's "Sendai Airport IC" and "Iwanuma IC" - ideal for use as a strategic logistics hub for the entire Tohoku region.

• Effective ceiling height of 5.5m under beams, 1.0m elevated floor, and double-sided berths ensure smooth cargo handling flow.

• Building level set 1.5m higher as a countermeasure against inundation from tsunamis and floods.
