This update enables bulk sending of SMS (Short Message Service). ■What is INNOVERA SMS? INNOVERA SMS is a feature that allows you to automatically send pre-set messages to your customers' mobile phone numbers via SMS at any desired timing. It easily enables bulk sending of announcements and directing users to websites, significantly contributing to a reduction in workload. In addition to scheduled sending by date and time, automatic replies can be sent immediately after a customer's incoming call, making it effective for handling inquiries outside business hours. Furthermore, by adopting a direct domestic connection line directly connected to domestic carriers, it provides a highly secure system with higher delivery rates and reliability compared to overseas routes, while also reducing the risk of fraudulent use.
