Background of the Dream

Prodelight has continuously evolved the culture of the "telephone," a universal and familiar means of communication, to suit the times. We view the telephone not just as a tool, but as an indispensable infrastructure supporting corporate activities. The reason is that even in today's world where email and chat are widespread, the telephone plays a crucial role as a means to connect "quickly, reliably, and intuitively." Furthermore, its value is not limited to the content of the conversation. Voice contains a wealth of information, such as voice quality and speaking style, and this potential has not yet been fully utilized. Through our business, Prodelight has accumulated a vast amount of voice data. Now that analysis technology has dramatically improved with the evolution of AI, we believe that this previously dormant voice data can be utilized as a new asset for companies. We are continuing our challenge to maximize the power of voice and realize a richer communication society.

Initiatives to Date

We have been expanding the functions of our in-house developed cloud PBX "INNOVERA." Here are some of them.

- "INNOVERA Emotion," an option utilizing AI emotion analysis technology Acquired a patent for technology that analyzes emotions from voice (Patent No. 7541605). Visualizes the physical and mental state of employees, contributing to the creation of a healthy workplace environment.

- Text conversion option function "Call to Text" Significantly reduces the resources required for recording, sharing, and data analysis by transcribing call recording data using AI.

In this way, Prodelight has provided new value suitable for the DX era to daily communication via telephone through system development aimed at creating comfortable work environments and reducing the burden of telephone response tasks.

Future Initiatives

INNOVERA will not stop at just being a "convenient telephone tool." Our future prospect is to evolve it into a platform that innovates all communication centered on voice. In 2026, multi-language support for the Autocall function will also be completed, and technological development with an eye toward globalization is steadily progressing. Moving forward, we will combine new technology with abundant voice data to push voice communication itself to the next stage. When this dream is realized, the telephone will once again become an existence that surprises people. And a "society where anyone can connect with anyone, regardless of location" should be born.

About the "Dream Train"

The dream that Prodelight holds can be seen not only in this press release but also on the special train "Dream Train" running on the Yamanote Line in the spring of 2026.

The "Dream Train" is a project implemented as part of the "April Dream" project advocated by PR TIMES Co., Ltd.
