Tuesday, May 19, 2026, 19:00 START @ Great Park Nishi-Shinjuku "Opening the Future of Regional Companies: The Path to Professional Management"

Pro Jinzai Kiko Inc. (President and CEO: Kei Takahashi) in collaboration with YMFG Capital Inc. will host the "Opening the Future of Regional Companies: The Path to Professional Management" talk and networking event starting at 19:00 on Tuesday, May 19, 2026.

■ Background of the Event: What Can Be Done for Regional Companies Without Successors

There are over 1.27 million companies in Japan without successors.

To prevent excellent regional companies from closing down due to a lack of talent, there is an increasing number of cases where funds become owners and recruit successors. In response to this, Pro Jinzai Kiko Inc. proposes starting a career as a successor for business succession to those aiming to become "professional CEOs."

We will welcome Mr. Kenichi Takanashi, business successor of Takanashi Seisakusho Co., Ltd., who is proceeding with business succession within the family, as a guest to hear real voices from the perspective of the one "handing over" the business. We hope this will be a place to deepen your understanding of business succession.

■ Purpose of the Event: Knowing the "Reality of Business Succession" Which Is Not Just a System Briefing

This event is a place for you to realistically imagine the actual scene of business succession.

The "reality of the side handing over the business" from a regional company leader proceeding with family succession.

The search fund that invests in regional business succession and runs alongside them.

The headhunter who supports solving corporate issues and forming a career towards becoming a CEO.

It is a place to capture the multifaceted nature of business succession spoken by speakers from each perspective, and to consider a career as a CEO.

The "third path" of business succession, which is neither starting a business from scratch nor simply changing jobs. Why not become a CEO by leveraging existing organizations, customers, and brands, and breathe new life into regional companies with your professional experiential knowledge?

■ Speaker Profiles

Mr. Kenichi Takanashi (President and CEO, Takanashi Seisakusho Co., Ltd.)

The third-generation president of Takanashi Seisakusho Co., Ltd., founded in 1970, which is responsible for precision molding (thermosetting and thermoplastic plastics) and mold making for automobiles and electronic devices. Viewing the severe population decline and aging in regional areas as an urgent management issue, he quickly promoted Digital Transformation (DX) utilizing IT and IoT under the belief that "managers should prepare for difficulties early on." His advanced initiatives have been evaluated, and the company has been selected as an excellent case company in the Ministry of Economy, Trade and Industry's "DX Selection 2024," attracting attention as a DX model for regional manufacturing. Currently, alongside his eldest son Shinji, the factory manager supporting the frontline, and his second son Naoto, the DX manager who won the Innovation and Environment Bureau Award at the "6th Atotsugi Koshien" national tournament, he is leading innovative manufacturing with an eye on the next generation.
