The 'Edible Aquarium' Returns this Summer! 'Aquarium Dessert Buffet 2026' to be Held

## Overview
ANA Crowne Plaza Fukuoka (General Manager: Akira Shibayama) will host the 'Aquarium Dessert Buffet 2026: Friends of the Sea' from May 30 (Sat) to September 27 (Sun), 2026, at the 1st-floor All-Day Dining Crown Cafe.

## Background and Content
Following last year's success, the collaboration with Marine World Uminonakamichi, which features 30,000 creatures from 350 species, continues this year. The event features approximately 40 types of sweets and savory dishes inspired by popular aquarium animals like dolphins, garden eels, and penguins.

## Featured Menu
Desserts include 'The Melon Shortcake' featuring garden eels popping out of the sand, 'Banana Roll' depicting dolphin performances, and 'Black Sesame Mousse' inspired by a seal named Gomatarou. Savory dishes include 'Garden Eel Dip' with homemade breadsticks and 'Marine Blue Curry' with bamboo charcoal naan bread shaped like a whale.
