以從殘留著冬日氣息的雪景，轉變為柔嫩萌芽的春天為主題，將富良野的景緻融入每一道餐點中，映照出季節的變化。每款甜點皆使用北海道產素材及當季食材，細膩地融合了雪的靜謐與春的華麗風味。充滿季節感的品項，將營造出悠閒流轉的時光。
此外，除了甜點之外，我們也準備了融入北海道食材的鹹點，其構成能讓您品味到季節感，並享受與甜點的絕佳平衡。
飲品方面，我們以能品味香氣與滋味差異的紅茶為主軸。除了紅茶之外，也提供無酒精雞尾酒及咖啡。請搭配能襯托每款甜點滋味的飲品，度過一段舒緩心靈的午茶時光。本次活動將於飯店最頂樓的休息室「Top of Furano」提供。請一邊欣賞富良野西岳的山巒美景，一邊享受從冬轉春的富良野絕景。
