While Hokkaido-themed events are held across Japan, this fair emphasizes unique offerings only possible when a 'Hokkaido Fair' is held in Hokkaido itself. Featuring locally sourced ingredients nurtured by Hokkaido’s vast landscapes and rich seas, along with signature dishes from renowned local establishments, the event aims to deliver new discoveries and renewed appreciation—not only for tourists visiting Hokkaido, but also for local residents who enjoy Hokkaido cuisine every day.

At the 'All-Day Dining Grandeour,' dishes will feature premium regional ingredients such as Kami-Furano pork, Hanasaki crab, and Soya Kurogushi beef. Guests can also enjoy iconic dishes from celebrated local eateries within the buffet, including 'Zangi' from 'Wakatori Jidai Naruto,' a long-standing restaurant in Otaru preserving traditional flavors, and 'Ika Meshi' from 'Abe Shoten,' a beloved station bento from Mori Town.
