Shinagawa Prince Hotel (Location: 4-10-30 Takanawa, Minato-ku, Tokyo; General Manager: Shingo Haruyama), known for creating fun experiences, will host 'Shinapuri Gourmet Journey ~Hawaiian Fair~'—a culinary journey engaging all five senses—at three restaurants and a bakery within the hotel from July 16 (Thu), 2026 to September 15 (Tue). This event is part of 'Hawaiian Fair 2026,' held across 13 Prince Hotels nationwide.

As overseas travel demand gradually recovers, many travelers still face challenges due to the weak yen and rising prices, making international trips less accessible. In response to the desire to 'travel again,' Shinagawa Prince Hotel introduces a new experience that captures the excitement of cultural discovery and journeying.

This year’s fair coincides with the completion of a major renovation of 'Mauna Kea Beach Hotel,' a Prince Hotel-operated property located along the beautiful Kohala Coast of Hawaii Island, reopening in April 2026. With full collaboration from Prince Hotels in Hawaii, the event incorporates authentic local recipes and culinary essence to deliver an elevated gourmet experience that connects distant Hawaii with Shinagawa through food.

The theme of this fair is 'A Culinary Journey for the Five Senses.' Guests will fully experience Hawaii’s rich charm through menus that reflect local food culture and resort ambiance. The fair offers two distinct styles: 'Local Menus' that recreate authentic Hawaiian flavors and 'Reworked Menus' crafted with the refined techniques and creativity unique to the hotel, delivering relaxing moments of the tropics.

With the grand opening of 'Takanawa Gateway City' and the launch of 'Oimachi Tracks,' the greater Shinagawa area continues to evolve. Positioned as a gateway connecting Japan and the world, Shinagawa Prince Hotel, guided by its concept 'FUN! Goes On,' aims to bring global cultures closer and continue creating diverse 'extraordinary experiences' for a richer society.
