We have prepared a gorgeous sweets plate featuring melon and mango, popular early summer fruits known for their rich aroma and intense sweetness. You can enjoy juicy melon and mango in various styles of sweets, including mousse, tarts, and panna cotta.

Among them, the chef pâtissier's top recommendation is the 'Melon Crème d'Ange ~Melon Surprise~'. This surprise dessert features adorable melon-shaped candy art that, when broken with a spoon, reveals a light and fluffy crème d'ange inside. The excitement of breaking it open and the melting texture in your mouth create a special moment to enjoy with all five senses.
