【Sunshine City Prince Hotel】Announces "Melon & Cherry Sweets Buffet"

Sunshine City Prince Hotel (Location: 3-1-5 Higashi-Ikebukuro, Toshima-ku, Tokyo; General Manager: Mayumi Oda) will host the "Melon & Cherry Sweets Buffet" at Cafe & Dining Chef’s Palette (Hotel 1F) from Saturday, May 16, 2026, to Thursday, July 16, 2026, where guests can enjoy melons and cherries, which are in season from early summer to summer, in both sweets and savories.

Guests can enjoy 20 colorful sweets, including tarts, mousses, and roll cakes, centered around "green-fleshed melon" characterized by its refreshing and elegant sweetness, and "Griottine cherries" which further enhance the sweetness of the desserts.

Among them, the "Melon Pan Choux," which wraps melon-flavored cream in crispy pie dough, and the "Cherry Chocolat Macaron," with its addictive balance of chocolate sweetness and Griottine cherry tartness, are highly recommended by our patissiers.

Approximately 10 savory dishes are also available.

Enjoy over 30 menu items unique to this season, including the colorful "Seafood Pilaf" generously made with seafood such as mussels and squid, and a penne dish featuring melon and prosciutto.
