The New Furano Prince Hotel (Location: Nakagoryo, Furano, Hokkaido; General Manager: Yuji Iga) will host a limited-time afternoon tea event themed around the changing seasons, titled "Spring Prelude Afternoon Tea," from April 29 (Wed/Holiday) to May 5 (Tue/Holiday), 2026.
Motivated by the scenery of Furano as it transitions from the lingering snow of winter to the soft budding of spring, we have captured these seasonal shifts in every dish. Each sweet uses ingredients from Hokkaido and seasonal produce, expressing a delicate harmony between the silence of snow and the vibrancy of spring. These seasonal offerings create a sense of slow, relaxing time.
In addition to sweets, we have prepared savory items incorporating Hokkaido ingredients, creating a balanced menu that allows you to fully experience the season.
Our beverage selection focuses on teas that allow you to enjoy differences in aroma and flavor. In addition to tea, we also offer non-alcoholic cocktails and coffee. Please enjoy a relaxing tea time accompanied by drinks that enhance the flavor of each sweet. This event will be held at the hotel's top-floor lounge, "Top of Furano."
