Shoku no Ichariba Dinner Buffet
Okinawa Prince Hotel Ocean View Ginowan (3-28-1 Mashiki, Ginowan City, Okinawa Prefecture; General Manager: Suguru Sato) will host a new restaurant fair, "Shoku no Ichariba -Seasonal Wind-", at All Day Dining Jinon from Thursday, April 16, 2026, to Wednesday, July 15, 2026.
This fair will feature an original buffet that combines seasonal ingredients with Okinawan food culture. Creative Okinawan dishes that blend tradition with playfulness will be offered, such as "Chikina Champuru Gapao Style" and "Taco Rice Nori Roll." The sweets lineup also condenses the charm of Okinawa, including "Taimo Cheesecake," "Brown Sugar Jimami Ice Cream," and "Freshly Squeezed Purple Yam Mont Blanc," all utilizing the unique characteristics of the ingredients. For dinner, the chef's recommended dish will be "Lightly Smoked Norwegian Salmon Marinated with Okinawan Brown Sugar," a signature dish of the fair that harmonizes gentle sweetness with a smoky aroma.
