[Shizukuishi Prince Hotel] Full Moon Golden Week, Night Festival Held in Shizukuishi "Spring Night Sky Festival – Moonlight Party –"

Shizukuishi Prince Hotel (Location: Takakura Onsen, Shizukuishi-cho, Iwate-gun, Iwate Prefecture; General Manager of Shizukuishi Area: Koji Nagasawa) will hold "Spring Night Sky Festival – Moonlight Party –", an event to enjoy the full moon night, during the Golden Week period from Saturday, May 2 to Wednesday, May 6, 2026. As the full moon will occur on May 2 during Golden Week 2026, Shizukuishi Prince Hotel has planned night events utilizing the hotel grounds under the theme of "a resort to enjoy the night." This is a special spring event where you can experience food, play, and relaxation under the moonlight. During the period, gourmet events will be held to enjoy Iwate's brand ingredients. Restaurant Kobushi will offer "Grill Dining," serving grilled dishes such as Iwate Tankaku beef, Iwate beef, and Sanriku seafood. Additionally, "Night Garden BBQ" will be held in the Ropeway Base Station area, where you can enjoy barbecue without bringing anything, feeling the night breeze on the illuminated slopes. Furthermore, a variety of daytime activities are available, including "Night Putter" using LED balls, mountain biking experience running through nature during the day, and "Footgolf" on a Japan Footgolf Association certified course, the first in Tohoku. There is also an outdoor "Tent Sauna," offering a wide range of content for families and groups to enjoy. In the evening, enjoy an aerial stroll to the summit station area on the "Shizukuishi Galaxy Ropeway" and observe the full moon using telescopes and binoculars. You can enjoy a fantastic night view with the spring moonlight. Also, within the hotel grounds, 35 carp streamers borrowed from Shizukuishi Town will be displayed, coloring the spring sky.
