PRIMAS Co., Ltd. (Headquarters: Shinjuku-ku, Tokyo; Representative Director: Shohei Suzuki; hereinafter "the Company") announces that as of April 1, 2026, it has become a member of the PCA Corporation (listed on the Tokyo Stock Exchange Prime Market: Securities Code 9629; hereinafter "PCA") Group through the acquisition of its shares by KEC Co., Ltd. (Headquarters: Chiyoda-ku, Tokyo; Representative Director: Junichi Shinozaki; hereinafter "KEC"). Through this transaction, the Company will establish a higher quality and more stable service provision system under the management foundation of a listed company group.

■ Background
In recent years, the back-office domain of companies has seen an increasing demand for high-level expertise due to the advancement of DX, while chronic talent shortages have become a serious issue. Particularly in the finance and accounting fields, securing immediate-impact talent has become difficult, and the need for external resources has rapidly expanded. Under the mission of "increasing the fluidity of finance and accounting talent and supporting corporate growth," the Company has contributed to strengthening the management foundations of numerous companies by providing freelance talent introduction and BPO services. Furthermore, we have a track record of supporting public interest corporations such as academic societies and various organizations, and we strive to provide continuous value through supporting the establishment of highly specialized accounting and operational systems.
Meanwhile, KEC and its parent company, PCA, have supported the promotion of DX in Japanese companies by providing business software, primarily for accounting. Through this share acquisition, we will establish an "integrated back-office support system" that combines software with human resources and BPO, contributing to improved corporate productivity and sustainable growth.
■ Future Developments
Through this transaction, we will integrate the PCA Group's technology with our human resources and BPO functions to promote the following initiatives:
-
Strengthening the service provision system backed by the reliability of a listed company group
-
Expanding BPO and human resource services to the PCA Group's customer base
-
Realizing comprehensive back-office support from accounting software implementation to operational support
-
Enhancing BPO services for public interest corporations and strengthening specialized systems
-
Advancing DX support in the finance and accounting domain
Particularly in the public interest corporation domain, the ongoing reform of the public interest corporation system and the corresponding transition to new public interest corporation accounting standards are urgent tasks for each corporation. By combining PCA's system infrastructure with PRIMAS's highly specialized human resources and operational know-how, we will contribute to the smooth transition of corporations to new standards and the resolution of industry-specific challenges, supporting the establishment of sustainable operational systems.
