Floating Hydrangea Flowers

At Shoryu Waterfall—one of the celebrated Shikoku 88 Views—'Floating Hydrangea Flowers' have made their debut. Visitors can enjoy the soothing sight of hydrangeas gently swaying on the water’s surface, accompanied by the sound and mist of the 9-meter-high waterfall. All approximately 400 flowers used are harvested from within the park.

Event Period: June 13 (Sat) – June 21 (Sun)

Location: Shoryu Waterfall

Note: The 'waterfall surge'—a powerful flow released hourly—will be suspended during the event period, with only the regular waterfall flow operating.

【Tips】About Shoryu Waterfall

Shoryu Waterfall features a 9-meter vertical drop along stone arrangements designed to resemble a dragon ascending a waterfall. With a maximum flow of about 65 tons per minute, the powerful stream and mist rising from what appears to be a crack in the earth are truly spectacular. The waterfall is constructed using stones sourced from the Seto Inland Sea.
