As a special menu item offered once a year for one day only, you can enjoy making fluffy, spring-like pink steamed buns inspired by sakura mochi. This seasonal food experience allows families and friends to enjoy a special moment feeling the arrival of spring.

◆Handmade Experience with Sakura Scent

Using Nagano Prefecture-produced wheat flour, the dough is lightly colored pink with food coloring, kneaded with amanatto (sweetened beans), and shaped on a kashiwa leaf. Finally, salted sakura blossoms are added, and it is gently steamed in a bamboo steamer. Its charm lies in its spring-like appearance reminiscent of sakura mochi, its gentle sweetness, and its vibrant colors.
