Gotemba Premium Outlets (operated by Mitsubishi Estate Simon Co., Ltd., located in Gotemba City, Shizuoka Prefecture) will see 10 new stores open in phases leading up to Golden Week 2026, comprising 7 limited-time pop-up stores and 3 permanent stores (including 1 relocation) across fashion and beauty, further enhancing the unique shopping experience that Gotemba Premium Outlets has to offer.

With a mix of permanent and limited-time formats spanning a wide range of fashion and beauty brands, the overall appeal of Gotemba Premium Outlets will be further refreshed.

The brand lineup unique to Gotemba Premium Outlets — Japan's largest outlet (※1) — provides a shopping environment where visitors can casually experience world-renowned brands.

Among the limited-time stores, "john masters organics," "L'Occitane," "PIERRE HARDY / rag & bone," and "BONAVENTURA" have already opened, with "STUDIO NICHOLSON" and "Shinzone" following in April.

For permanent stores, "C.P. Company" will open its first permanent outlet store in Japan on April 10, "AMIRI" will open on April 16, and "ISAIA" will reopen at a new location following a relocation.

Additionally, on March 18, an original Disney Store vending machine was introduced as a new interactive Disney experience.
