Premier Group Implements Base Salary Increase for 5th Consecutive Year, Entry-Level Salary Raised to 300,000 Yen

Premier Group Inc. (Head Office: Minato-ku, Tokyo; Representative Director President CEO: Yoichi Shibata; hereinafter "the Company"), an automobility company providing comprehensive services related to automobiles, announced that it has implemented a base salary increase for employees, a raise in entry-level salaries for new graduates, and an expansion of housing allowance benefits for fiscal year 2026.

■ Background and Purpose of Implementation

Under its mission to "build a prosperous society," the Company actively invests in "people" beyond the scope of its business. The purpose of this salary level increase and the expansion of welfare benefits (housing allowance) is to achieve the Company's sustainable growth and to return profits to employees who contribute significantly to it.

■ Details of Revisions and Expansions

1. Implementation of Base Salary Increase (5th consecutive year)

We have implemented a base salary increase for regular employees. The Company is committed to continuously improving working conditions, and this marks the fifth consecutive annual base salary increase since fiscal year 2022.

2. Increase in Entry-Level Salary for New Graduates (4th consecutive year, reaching 300,000 yen)

The entry-level salary for new graduates in general career track and area general career track positions has been uniformly raised by 5,000 yen. As a result, the entry-level salary for general career track positions has reached the significant milestone of 300,000 yen, a substantial cumulative increase of 70,000 yen over the past four years.

3. Expansion of Housing Allowance Benefits (expanded eligibility and increased amount)

To further enhance welfare benefits, the maximum monthly payment amount has been increased by 10,000 yen, reducing the housing cost burden on employees. Furthermore, the scope of eligible employees has been significantly expanded to support an environment where more employees can work autonomously and with peace of mind.

■ Effective Date

All the above revisions and expansions will be reflected in salaries from April 2026.
