Experience the Ultimate Crunchy-Sweet Texture! Tottori Watermelon Makes Its Debut at Tokyo Station – Sales Event on July 2 (Thu)

Tottori Prefecture and JA Zen-Noh Tottori will host a sales event titled 'Crunchy and Sweet Tottori Watermelon – Grab Plenty of Tottori Goodness!' on Thursday, July 2, 2026, at 'Gransta Tokyo Square Zero,' located on the first basement floor inside the ticket gates of JR Tokyo Station.

Farmers from the major Tottori watermelon production areas of Daei, Kurayoshi, and Kotoura will sell whole and cut melons at peak season freshness. The event will also feature sales of local Tottori products such as dairy items, sweet pickled rakkyo, and confectionery, showcasing the prefecture's culinary and tourism appeal.

At the opening ceremony starting at 11:00, the Governor of Tottori Prefecture (scheduled) will promote Tottori Prefecture and its renowned watermelons. Visitors to Tokyo Station are encouraged to stop by and enjoy the seasonal flavors.
