## 'Tottori Okayama Shinbashi-kan Tuna Fair' Announcement

Tottori Prefecture will host the 'Tottori Okayama Shinbashi-kan Tuna Fair' at its Tokyo information hub, 'Tottori Okayama Shinbashi-kan,' from Sunday, May 31, to Sunday, June 14, 2026.

Sakaiminato, located in Tottori Prefecture, is renowned as one of Japan's top landing ports for bluefin tuna. Sakaiminato bluefin tuna, in season during early summer, is known for its smooth texture, rich aroma of the red meat, deep umami flavor, and elegant aftertaste.

During the fair, the restaurant 'Bistro Cafe Momotenashiya' on the second floor will offer a special limited-time menu featuring bluefin tuna from Sakaiminato. Additionally, on the opening day, May 31 (Sun), a live 'Tuna Butchery Show' will be held for the general public, followed by a free sashimi giveaway.
