## Shimane Study Abroad Bus Tour Recruitment

Shimane Study Abroad is a program for middle school students living outside the prefecture to apply for and enroll in high schools in Shimane Prefecture, enjoying a fulfilling high school life. This year, 15 prefectural high schools are actively recruiting students from outside the prefecture.

You can also get to know the atmosphere of Shimane's towns.

To help those considering Shimane Study Abroad experience the charm and characteristics of the schools, Shimane Prefecture is organizing the 'Shimane Study Abroad Bus Tour.' We have planned two bus tours, Western and Eastern, visiting five schools each.

This is an excellent opportunity to see the atmosphere of the schools and dormitories, and observe current students with your own eyes—things that cannot be learned from briefings or the internet alone. We will stroll not only through the schools but also the surrounding streets.

## Course Overview

### Western Course
- Date: July 29 (Wed) – July 31 (Fri) *Can participate from 1 night 2 days
- Schools Visited: Yagami HS / Gotsu Kogyo HS / Gotsu HS / Yoshika HS / Tsuwano HS
- Departure/Arrival Points: Hagi-Iwami Airport, JR Hiroshima Station, JR Masuda Station
- Capacity: 15 pairs, 30 people
- Fee: Varies by course. Please check the 'Tabi-to' application website for details.
- Application Deadline: June 30 (Tue)

### Eastern Course
- Date: August 5 (Wed) – August 7 (Fri) *Can participate from 1 night 2 days
- Schools Visited: Oda HS / Shimane Chuo HS / Iinan HS / Yokota HS / Mitoya HS
- Departure/Arrival Points: Izumo Airport, JR Hiroshima Station, JR Izumo Station
- Capacity: 15 pairs, 30 people
- Fee: Varies by course. Please check the 'Tabi-to' application website for details.
- Application Deadline: July 6 (Mon)

We will hold school briefings and mock classes. Including mock classes with current students.
We will also tour dormitories. And a tour of Kagura unique to Shimane Prefecture (club activities tour)!
