Saitama Prefecture to Open New Immersive 12K/8K Exhibit at SKIP City Museum

The SKIP City Visual Museum in Kawaguchi, Saitama, will launch a new permanent exhibit corner titled 'Enjoying Reality World' on May 19, 2026. The exhibit features 12K ultra-high-definition VR content showcasing African and Japanese nature, along with an 8K interactive game to find Saitama's mascot, Kobaton. These attractions leverage cutting-edge video technology to provide a high-resolution, immersive experience of natural spaces. Admission is 520 yen for adults and 260 yen for children, including access to temporary exhibits.
