(1) Eligible Applicants
SMEs that utilize senior talent through the Saitama Senior Talent Bank (hereinafter referred to as "the Bank") to improve productivity, etc., and work on developing an environment to lead to wage increases.
(2) Eligible Projects
Development of an environment leading to wage increases undertaken under the following conditions. The subsidy target is one person per company.
1. Create a policy for developing an environment to lead to wage increases by utilizing senior talent to improve productivity, etc., and receive confirmation from a "Company Development Officer for the Wage Increase Environment Development Project through Senior Talent Utilization" of the Saitama Industrial Promotion Public Corporation.
2. Based on the above 1, secure senior talent through the Bank (employment or consignment contract).
3. Based on the above 1 and 2, work on developing an environment to lead to wage increases by utilizing senior talent to improve productivity, etc.
4. The senior talent mentioned in 2 is not a relative within the third degree of kinship of an officer of the SME applying for the subsidy.
5. The employment contract date or consignment contract date with the senior talent mentioned in 2 is on or after the start date of accepting applications for the subsidy for the current fiscal year.
(3) Eligible Expenses
Scheduled wages or remuneration for labor paid by the subsidized business operator to the senior talent under condition 2 of the eligible project, for labor performed until February 28 of the current fiscal year (up to 8 months), and for which payment has been completed by March 10 of the current fiscal year.
Consumption tax and local consumption tax are not included.
(4) Subsidy Rate
8/10 of the eligible expenses (fractions less than 1,000 yen are rounded down).
(5) Subsidy Limit
2.6 million yen for recruitment/transfer.
600,000 yen for side jobs/concurrent positions, etc.
