Saitama Prefecture will launch free expert dispatch and web seminars for businesses and business associations in conjunction with the enforcement of the "Saitama Prefecture Customer Harassment Prevention Ordinance" on July 1, Reiwa 8 (2026). 1. Customer Harassment Prevention Measures Consultant Dispatch Project (Free)
(1) Project Overview
Experts will provide support to businesses and business associations working on customer harassment prevention measures before the ordinance comes into effect, either through visits or online, up to 3 times per entity.
* The prefecture will decide which businesses, etc., to support based on industry, business scale, etc.
(2) Support Items (multiple selections possible)
Creation of basic policies regarding customer harassment prevention
Creation of customer harassment response manuals
Establishment of consultation systems
Implementation of in-house training (for employees, for managers)
Other desired items related to customer harassment prevention measures

Phase 1: May 7 (Thursday) - May 28 (Thursday), Reiwa 8 (2026)
