[Saitama Prefecture] Shibuzawa MIX 1st Anniversary Event to be Held! Applications Open for "SHIBUSAWA MIX 1st ANNIVERSARY FES"

Shibuzawa MIX, an innovation creation hub in Saitama Prefecture, will mark its first anniversary on July 25th. To date, we have undertaken various initiatives based on three core concepts: "Creation and Promotion of Open Innovation," "Creation and Growth Support for Startups," and "Development of Human Resources for Innovation."

Starting July 21st, we will hold the "SHIBUSAWA MIX 1st ANNIVERSARY FES" to celebrate our first anniversary.

First, as a limited-time exhibition, we will showcase the achievements of the past year and products from the FY2025 selected participants of programs based on our three concepts, from July 21st to 27th at Shibuzawa MIX.

For three days starting July 23rd, we will host a special program bringing together next-generation challengers (students, young professionals), companies engaged in new business development, and startups. On the final day of the program, an exchange event, "MIX Anniversary Night," will also be held.

We look forward to the participation of many people.

【DAY 1】Innovation Human Resources DAY

Saitama Innovation Challenge Starting from Shibuzawa MIX

- Your first challenge starts here -

Target Audience: 15-25 years old (high school students, university students, young professionals, etc.)

Capacity: 30 participants (advance registration required)

Overview: A practical program where participants learn the basics of entrepreneurship and business, and then develop and present ideas for Saitama Prefecture's challenges in teams.

Facilitator: Ryusei Ishii, Representative Director, SAIL Inc.

【DAY 2】Open Innovation DAY

Presentations from 3 Cities in the Prefecture! Business Solution Pitches to Drive Local Communities

- Promote to municipalities in the prefecture using proposal sheets created with a dedicated AI app! -

Target Audience: Companies wishing to collaborate with local governments (for pitching, approximately 20 companies recruited for a prior workshop), and officials from municipalities within the prefecture.

Capacity: 50 participants (advance registration required)

Overview: A pitch event connecting local government and community challenges with business solutions, along with a talk session by local government representatives.

Presenting Municipalities: Saitama City, Sayama City, Chichibu City
