Kanagawa to Host 'KANAFAN Festival' for International Student Support: Career Fair and Culture Combined

Kanagawa Prefecture is actively supporting international students through the Kanagawa International Fan Club (KANAFAN). To encourage students to develop an affinity for the prefecture and build long-term careers locally, the prefecture will host the 'KANAFAN Festival,' a large-scale exchange event bringing together local companies, educational institutions, and volunteer organizations. This event is open to the general public as well as international students.

- **Joint Company Information Session**: Approximately 30 companies in the prefecture actively hiring international students will participate. Representatives will wear traditional 'happi' coats to create a casual and approachable atmosphere.
- **Career Seminar**: Experts will provide lectures specialized in employment support for international students.
