A support team with diverse experience and expertise (including intermediary support organizations, NPO operational practitioners, and specialists such as small and medium-sized enterprise consultants) will provide mentorship, thereby enhancing the organizational capacity of NPOs and promoting their growth and development. (Examples of themes for initiatives) - Organizing and reviewing activity philosophies and plans - Accepting and coordinating volunteers - Developing fundraising plans - Reviewing operational flows, etc. 2. Number of Supported Organizations and Requirements Number of Supported Organizations Approximately 20 organizations (to be decided after screening) Requirements for Supported Organizations - Must be an NPO corporation with its main office located in Kanagawa Prefecture. - Must have been active for at least three years, including the period as a voluntary organization before establishing as an NPO corporation. - Must have submitted business reports and other documents to the competent authority by the deadline. - Must be motivated to strengthen the organizational foundation and improve the organization. - Must understand the program and have reached a certain level of internal agreement within the organization regarding receiving mentorship support. - Must designate a contact person for this project and be able to respond responsibly as a corporation to this mentorship support. - Must be able to cooperate when requested for interviews regarding the progress of initiatives after the program concludes. 3.
