Kanagawa Prefecture will hold a "Prefectural Staff Recruitment Briefing & Consultation Session" with the aim of providing an opportunity for individuals to consider working for the prefecture as one of their career options.

This briefing will include an overview explanation and a Q&A session where questions can be submitted anonymously from smartphones, with staff answering on the spot.

Additionally, after the briefing, individual consultation sessions of about 10 minutes per person will be offered to those who wish.

On the day of the event, a public viewing of the prefectural office will also be held concurrently, providing an opportunity to directly experience the atmosphere of the prefectural government.
