○ Theme: Unpublished original works featuring Hokkaido

○ Manuscript Size: Single sheet, A4 or B4 size (Works traced from photographs or created based on photographs are not permitted. Titles and taglines are also not permitted.)

○ Eligibility: Open to everyone.
