Positive Dream Persons Co., Ltd. (Headquarters: Shibuya-ku, Tokyo; President: Teruo Nishimura), which develops hospitality businesses nationwide, operates the restaurant "GRANADA SUITE on À TABLE" in Nakasu, Fukuoka. This restaurant is currently running a project called "OT SPiCE," where the chef travels around Kyushu and expresses the inspiration gained from the land's nature, producers, and scenery through cuisine. The third installment of this project collaborates with ingredients from Okuyame, a mountainous region in Yame City, Fukuoka Prefecture. We are offering a limited-time menu where you can fully savor ingredients grown in Okuyame, such as Shine Muscat and Yame tea.

<What is OT SPiCE>

A project where Chef Masakazu Furushou personally visits the land, expresses his experiences from various places in Kyushu through cuisine, and focuses on producers and the region.

"on À TABLE" = OT, the connection with nature, ingredients, and people encountered = SPICE, "the stimulus that makes cooking interesting." By shedding light on Kyushu's ingredients and producers, the aim is to connect with customers through food.

Okuyame Ingredients Conveying the Creator's Love and Enthusiasm

Okuyame is a mountainous region in Yame City, Fukuoka Prefecture. It is known for its rich nature, traditional crafts, and as "Yame, the Land of Tea," a production area for Yame tea, one of Japan's leading high-grade teas.

This time, Chef Furushou encountered Kato Farm, a grape farm in Kuroki Town. They produce premium Shine Muscat, which is normally only available for direct purchase. We deliver unique and exquisite dishes using fruits that allow you to feel the producer's passion and dedication with just one bite.

GRANADA SUITE on À TABLE Chef Masakazu Furushou

Born in Kumamoto Prefecture in 1986. Joined the company in 2013. Assigned to the kitchen at the grand opening of The Marcus Square Fukuoka. After being involved in the launch of the company's first two restaurant-focused stores, transferred to on À TABLE in 2021. Currently serves as General Manager and concurrently manages the kitchen, valuing a style of visiting producers himself, feeling the climate and atmosphere of the region, and incorporating it into the menu.
