Nagaragawa Seiryu Hotel, managed by Positive Dream Persons, a hospitality company creating emotional experiences nationwide, has opened reservations for its limited-time shaved ice offerings at its café, 'Irori to Kanmi gururi,' from June 1 (Mon) to September 30 (Wed), 2026. The shaved ice, produced by Asako Harada, owner of the specialty shaved ice shop 'Hyousha mamatoko,' is back this year with four unique flavors focusing on textures and ingredients like amazake and peach. ■ Kojimari (¥2,000, incl. tax) - June–July only Featuring an amazake milk base, topped with salted koji-infused Greek yogurt cream, and accompanied by fresh and compote Gifu blueberries & strawberries. ■ Santo (¥2,100, incl. tax) - August–September only A sophisticated combination of ripe peach compote and refreshing tomato sorbet, unified by lemon-vanilla milk. ■ Kohaku (¥1,890, incl. tax) A unique sweet-and-salty combination of miso cream made from Gifu miso and mango. Walnut coated in miso caramel adds a savory crunch. ■ Saiyu (¥1,580, incl. tax) An interactive experience where you decorate milk ice with Ibi matcha, Gifu strawberries, and Ayu monaka. The secret ingredient, 'Meishidorobou,' adds a depth of flavor.
