SCAPES THE SUITE, a compact design hotel in Hayama, Kanagawa Prefecture, operated by Positive Dream Persons Inc., a company that creates emotional experiences and develops hospitality businesses nationwide, has begun accepting reservations for its new summer plan, "FOUR SEASONS STAY 'ESCAPE & TWILIGHT'," a seasonal plan that proposes a new way of spending time with attention to every detail of the stay.

Following last year's success, this extraordinary experience, limited to one group per day, where guests can enjoy a smart barbecue on a private terrace, will be held from Wednesday, July 1, 2026, to Monday, August 31, 2026. We propose a special trip where your heart can unwind amidst the fantastic scenery that transitions from dusk to night.

FOUR SEASONS STAY "ESCAPE & TWILIGHT"

Hayama, a little distance from the bustling summer crowds, embraces a calm sea and deep forests. In summer, the sky is deeply colored by high humidity, and the evening scenery, especially, offers a nostalgic view with fantastic hues often called "Akane-zora" (crimson sky).

During the special time when dusk quietly turns into night, enjoy a smart barbecue featuring Hayama's local ingredients on the private 4th-floor terrace.

How to spend your time

- Dinner: Smart Barbecue

"Smart Barbecue" is a new concept recommended by the Japan Barbecue Association as a guideline for creating a new barbecue culture in Japan. It systematizes considerations for safety, hygiene, environment, and communication, ensuring delicious, safe, and environmentally friendly practices.

At SCAPES, we have prepared a sustainable "Smart Barbecue" that considers oneself, others, and the environment, to be enjoyed in the private space of the 4th-floor terrace, feeling nature with the pleasant breeze and sound of waves, along with ingredients that can only be tasted in Hayama.

The main dish is Hayama Ishii Beef rib sirloin, a brand beef raised at Ishii Farm, a循环型 (circular) farm rooted in Hayama Town, Kanagawa Prefecture, grilled on a smokeless grill and generously cut into steaks. For side dishes, we offer freshly picked Miura Peninsula vegetables. Miura vegetables can be grown throughout the year in a warm climate suitable for cultivation and fertile soil, so they are characterized by a wide variety of vegetables that are not only delicious but also visually appealing, and can be enjoyed raw or grilled.

We offer two types of sauces based on Natsumikan (summer orange) and tomato. Hayama Natsumikan, which would otherwise be discarded without being harvested, were acquired and used to create an original soy-sauce-based sauce.

The aroma and sweet-sourness of Natsumikan further enhance the deliciousness of the meat and vegetables.

- Private Jacuzzi and Limited Bath & Shower Gel

At the jacuzzi adjacent to the 4th-floor terrace, you can exclusively enjoy the lingering afterglow of dinner. You can experience an unparalleled sense of openness, with the Hayama sea spreading across the window and the view of Enoshima visible beyond.

This time, we have prepared MOLTON BROWN's Rose Dune Bath & Shower Gel in a muted pink color, as if reflecting the crimson sky at dusk. Enjoy an elegant bath time enveloped in a rich fragrance and shimmering gel.

- How to spend the night

After enjoying the barbecue and jacuzzi, spend a peaceful time with the scent of Hayama and the light of an aroma candle.

We have prepared aroma candles from HAYAMA AROMANCE in Hayama. A fresh, aquatic, floral scent with transparency, expressing the image of the sea with various fragrances such as lemon, lime, bitter orange, mimosa, and lily of the valley.

You can feel the lingering afterglow of the day while lighting it in the dark, silent night sea where only the sound of waves can be heard.
