We have prepared a summer kaiseki meal featuring ayu, a blessing of the Nagaragawa River, and incorporating the flavors of Gifu's satoyama (countryside). You can enjoy the unique tastes of this region from appetizers, such as Gujo trout, young ayu, and uruka (salted ayu guts), and also enjoy grilled ayu with salt along with seasonal tempura. For the finale, we offer Gifu-prefecture produced white rice or ayu and edamame mixed rice, cooked in a hagama (traditional pot). Please savor the aroma and taste unique to freshly cooked rice.

We have prepared an accommodation plan with viewing of Gifu's traditional event, "Ukai" (cormorant fishing). Dinner before cormorant fishing viewing will be served in a bento style, allowing you to fully enjoy ayu, Gifu's summer delicacy.
It will be provided in a four-compartment bento box with colorful dishes such as assorted appetizers, ayu and shrimp tempura, Hida beef tsukune-yaki, and ayu and namafu dengaku. In addition, you can enjoy fragrant grilled ayu with salt on a separate plate.
