The tea lounge "Belle Cour" at Kobe Portopia Hotel Co., Ltd. (Chuo-ku, Kobe, General Manager: Go Ito) will offer a limited-time collaboration afternoon tea set with the theater-style aquarium "atoa" from Monday, April 27 to Sunday, June 28, 2026.

Belle Cour's afternoon tea set delivers the charm of each season alongside seasonal flavors. This time, a first-ever collaboration has been realized to celebrate the respective anniversaries of Kobe Portopia Hotel, which marked its 45th anniversary on March 9, 2026, and "atoa," which will celebrate its 5th anniversary on October 29 of the same year. Inspired by atoa's fantastical space, the refreshing lineup captures the sparkle of light and water reminiscent of early summer.

atoa was born as a new-concept urban aquarium where aquarium and art are fused together. The hotel's patissier personally visited atoa last autumn and, inspired by the world of each floor throughout the venue—including the symbolic "AQUA TERRA," Japan's largest spherical water tank—went through numerous rounds of prototyping in pursuit of the perfect expression. The result is a lineup of 8 sweets, completed with tasting feedback from atoa staff members.
