The enduring sentiment of 'Supporting Working Women' since our founding

Pppins began with the problem faced by its founder, who was a 'working woman' herself, of not having a place to leave her child while at work. At that time, witnessing the situation where women had to give something up if they wanted to build a career, we pioneered the training and dispatch of nannies (educational babysitters) in Japan.

In Japan, women's active participation in the workforce remains a major social issue. It is a key topic of discussion in international conferences, and there is much evidence showing that women's labor participation drives economic growth.

During the event period, cherry trees will be installed in some of the childcare and after-school facilities operated by Poppins. Dreams drawn by children, their parents, and staff will be decorated on them.
