Polus Group's Chuo Jutaku 'P.T. SITE' and Global Home 'CASSA' Receive Excellent Award at "House of the Year 2025"

Polus Group's Chuo Jutaku Co., Ltd. (Headquarters: Koshigaya City, Saitama Prefecture, President: Norihisa Shinagawa) and Global Home Co., Ltd. (Headquarters: Koshigaya City, Saitama Prefecture, Representative Director: Koji Nakauchi) have had two of their products receive the Excellent Award at the "House of the Year 2025" (Organized by: The Japan Center for Community Development).

The "House of the Year" is a system that awards excellent housing that contributes to energy saving and CO2 reduction by treating the building envelope and equipment as an integrated whole.

This is a series of detached houses aiming to provide "Treasure"-like value for urban living. We pursued the creation of a long-loved home that balances openness and functionality even on limited land, closely aligned with the residents' lifestyles.

All homes as standard adopt the two-by-six construction method and resin sashes, ensuring excellent energy-saving performance* by clearing the "Tokyo Zero Emission Housing Standard B" performance criteria. Furthermore, by equipping them with solar power generation systems and storage batteries, we have realized homes that balance environmental load reduction with security during disasters.

This is a simple yet modern design series that leverages functional beauty born from pursuing the safety and comfort demanded of a home. We aim for a design with ample space that allows residents to add their own colors to their lives, providing homes with personalized free design for each individual.

The strong and stable structure, achieved through two-by-four and two-by-six construction methods, provides seismic resistance and, along with high insulation and airtightness, delivers energy-saving effects. Furthermore, by adopting resin windows as standard, the insulation performance achieves an average of "Insulation performance rating 6 (Overall heat transmission coefficient (UA value) 0.46 or less)," exceeding the ZEH standard of "Insulation performance rating 5 (Overall heat transmission coefficient (UA value) 0.6 or less)".
