This is a subdivided residential area where servitudes were established to create a shared alley called 'Stay Path'. Avoiding surrounding roads with heavy traffic, we secured a safe flow line exclusively for residents within the development area. Not just a passageway, it is designed so that the terraces, approaches, and benches of each house face the common area, seamlessly connecting the inside and the outside. This semi-public space, which discourages pass-through traffic, encourages natural interaction among residents and serves as a place to nurture modern communities, which tend to become diluted. We aimed to form a townscape that will remain in the memories of the children who grow up in this place and be loved for a long time.
