“I don’t have time.” “I lack confidence.” “Maybe it’s too late.” We have seen many women give up on their challenges for these reasons. Especially for moms raising children, they are unable to take the first step even if they have something they truly want to do, due to limitations in family, time, and environment. We know that it is not the lack of environment, but the lack of a 'system' and 'support.' The Positive Parenting Association has been supporting women and homemakers in creating new career forms: turning their experiences into work, earning income while helping others, and realizing their own way of working. Our dream is to change the social norm that says 'It's impossible because you're a mom,' 'It's impossible because you're a woman,' or 'It's impossible because of X.' We want to create a society where every woman can choose her own life. 'You can challenge yourself anytime, from anywhere, and rise up from any environment.' Currently, we are conducting educational support activities not only in Japan but also in Cambodia, expanding the future of children and the possibilities for women's work. Moving forward, we will realize a 'society where taking on challenges is the norm' through: 1. Enabling women to work from home as 'Parenting Advisors.' 2. Creating new ways of working that leverage mom talent. 3. Cross-border education and career support. 'If it doesn't exist, create it.' If there is no path, we build one. If there is no opportunity, we create it ourselves. That is our challenge.
