(Headquarters: Hokkaido Sapporo City; President and Representative Director: Tomohiro Ito) as the subscriber. Following this capital increase, the company's post-investment valuation stands at 31.24 billion yen.

AGENDA Inc. shares our mission of "eliminating language barriers" and has recognized the value in our new strategic product lineup, including the "countertop" AI simultaneous translator "POCKETALK X," the AI voice note-taker "POCKETALK mimi 2," and "POCKETALK V," which transforms any display into a translator by displaying conversations as real-time multilingual subtitles. They also acknowledged our efforts to strengthen our business foundation, including improving profitability in our overseas operations. This led to the decision to invest in our company.

POCKETALK has been addressing challenges in multilingual communication through its AI translator "POCKETALK" series. We aim to expand revenue opportunities, particularly in the corporate and public sectors, and increase our corporate value in the mid-to-long term by developing related services that address challenges specific to each use case and investing in new products.
