General Entertainment Agency Seeks VTubers: PANDORA x Queens Avenue to Hold VTuber Audition

PANDORA Inc. (Headquarters: Shibuya-ku, Tokyo; Representatives: Takuya Miyase / Yoshihiro Izumi; hereinafter "PANDORA") announces that it will jointly hold the "Queens Avenue Affiliated VTuber Recruitment Audition" with entertainment agency Queens Avenue Inc.

This audition is a joint initiative by Queens Avenue, which manages a wide range of talent including actors, voice actors, personalities, artists, and influencers, and PANDORA, which will jointly conduct and provide training support for Queens Avenue's new VTuber recruitment.

Successful candidates will be affiliated with Queens Avenue as trainees and will participate in "Project YOHANE: Jinrui Ukka Keikaku," a VTuber development project operated by PANDORA. While engaging in streaming activities primarily on TikTok LIVE, they will aim to build a foundation for their VTuber activities, form fan communities, and achieve monetization.

Queens Avenue to Recruit New VTubers

In recent years, VTubers and live streaming have emerged as new forms of talent activities.

VTubers, who can communicate and maintain continuous contact with fans through streaming, have now become an established entertainment genre.

In response to this trend, Queens Avenue, which manages a diverse range of talent including actors, voice actors, personalities, artists, and influencers, has decided to begin recruiting VTubers as a new category of affiliation.

This audition is open to individuals with prior VTuber experience, those who wish to pursue a full-time career as a VTuber, and even those with no prior streaming experience who are eager to try.

PANDORA to Jointly Support Entertainment Agencies' VTuber Expansion

PANDORA has been running the "Project YOHANE: Jinrui Ukka Keikaku," a supportive development project for individuals aiming to "make a living as a VTuber."

By creating an environment that makes it easy for even those without streaming experience to start activities, and by providing end-to-end support from the commencement of activities and stream management to fan community building and monetization, PANDORA is dedicated to discovering and nurturing the next generation of VTubers.

PANDORA will jointly hold this audition with Queens Avenue and provide its training curriculum as the agency begins its new VTuber recruitment.

By combining Queens Avenue's expertise in entertainment management with PANDORA's training know-how in the VTuber and live streaming domains, we will provide an environment where even beginners can easily start their activities as VTubers.

Eligibility Requirements

Must be 18 years of age or older

No gender restrictions

Must be interested in VTuber activities, live streaming, and entertainment careers

Must be able to engage in long-term and continuous activities

Must be able to dedicate sufficient time to streaming activities

Must not currently have an exclusive contract with any other talent agency or production company

*Prior streaming or entertainment activity experience is not required.

Selection Process

First Screening: Application Form Review

Please complete and submit the required information via the application form.

Second Screening: Interview

An interview will be conducted for candidates who pass the first screening.

*The interview is expected to take place in Tokyo.

Acceptance and Affiliation Explanation

Successful candidates will be informed of the affiliation conditions, activity details, contract terms, etc.

Post-Audition Activities

Successful candidates from this audition will be affiliated with Queens Avenue as trainees and will participate in "Project YOHANE: Jinrui Ukka Keikaku," operated by PANDORA.

"Project YOHANE: Jinrui Ukka Keikaku" is a supportive development project for participants aiming to make a living through VTuber activities.

PANDORA will provide the following support to participants:

Provision of VTuber avatar

Streaming activities primarily on TikTok LIVE

1-on-1 support from a streaming manager

Advice on streaming content and planning

Support for fan community building

Support for monetization activities

Regular reviews of activity progress

Discovery of aptitude for entertainment activities

For those who achieve a certain level of activity and results as a VTuber, we will consider their debut as an original VTuber and their development into entertainment activities based on their wishes and aptitude.

"Project YOHANE: Jinrui Ukka Keikaku" is a supportive program for VTuber/V-liver activities developed by PANDORA.

Its purpose is to lower the initial costs and technical hurdles of V activities and to provide ongoing support through streaming activities to achieve monetization.
