This brings the cumulative debt financing raised to 300 million yen.

Since the previous funding round, sales have grown by 250% in approximately 1.5 years, and we have also expanded our business domains, including the in-house development and M&A of D2C brands.

This new funding will further strengthen the in-house development and M&A of D2C brands. We will leverage our "insider knowledge" gained from taking risks and growing businesses ourselves, to provide value to our client companies and create further new businesses.

Since its inception, our company has maintained profitability from the first month and achieved steady growth through self-capital in its first and second fiscal years, without relying on external funding. The financial leverage from our first loan in the third fiscal year was a major driving force behind our remarkable "250% sales growth" in the 1.5 years leading up to this cumulative 300 million yen funding.

Going forward, to further give back value to the client companies that have supported our growth, we will promote "development investment" and "human resources investment" to further enhance our support system.
