Eligible Applicants: Those who meet all the following criteria:
1. Residing in Kyoto Prefecture, or have been accepted to an educational institution (high school, university, etc.) in Kyoto Prefecture.
2. Children of single-parent families where the parent is undergoing treatment for incurable or terminal cancer.
3. In need of financial assistance and motivated to study.
Number of Recipients: Approximately 20 individuals
Scholarship Amount: ¥20,000 to ¥25,000 per month (Grant type, no repayment required)
Scholarship Period: 1 year from April 2026 (until graduation)
Application Period: Friday, April 10, 2026 – Sunday, May 31, 2026 (must arrive by)
