The know-how and proven capabilities cultivated in the two-wheel industry are changing the quality of "sitting" in logistics.

Originally, this motorcycle cushion, using gel ("EXGEL*"), was developed to alleviate buttock pain during long tours for motorcycle users.

In designing cushions for industrial vehicles, we conducted extensive interviews with general users and manufacturers about their problems while working on site. While the latest forklifts and industrial vehicles have improved production efficiency, workers often reported issues such as "accumulated fatigue," "back pain," and "buttock pain" due to prolonged work, indicating that physical problems for workers had not improved much. Therefore, we gathered the know-how from Plot's "GEL-ZAB" motorcycle cushion, which has been chosen for over 15 years in the two-wheel industry, and repeatedly made improvements for industrial vehicles, leading to the birth of this product.

The gel used in this product is "EXGEL*," which has expertise cultivated in medical and nursing care settings.

EXGEL itself dissipates impact in multiple directions while transmitting force, boasting 5 to 10 times the shock absorption capacity of urethane foam. This means it's comfortable even when thin! It effectively absorbs road bumps and the tingling sensation transmitted from the engine.
