Plenus Co., Ltd. (Headquarters: Ginza, Chuo-ku; President and Executive Officer: Shiro Kaneko), operates 2,822 stores domestically as of the end of March 2026, including the takeout bento chain "Hotto Motto," the set meal restaurant "Yayoiken," "MK Restaurant" for shabu-shabu and authentic dim sum, and the ramen shop "KAYAVA."
On Saturday, May 16, we will host a free parent-child event, "Learn with Aya Miyama! Sports x Dietary Education Parent-Child Class," themed on "Sports x Dietary Education," targeting first and second graders in elementary school and their parents at IKUSA ARENA in Tokyo.
In this event, in addition to a sports experience program led by former Nadeshiko Japan player Aya Miyama, participants will enjoy learning about the "importance of eating" through bento boxes from "Hotto Motto" and carefully selected Kinmemai rice.
Event Content
1. Sports Program
A physical movement program led by former Nadeshiko Japan player Aya Miyama that parents and children can enjoy together. Participants will use their hands and bodies to handle a ball. We hope that children will get the impression that "moving your body is fun," and that parents will enjoy cheering them on.
2. Dietary Education Program
We will convey the importance of "meals," which always have a mutual relationship with exercise. Additionally, participants will learn through a quiz format which nutritional group—"red, yellow, or green"—their usual menu items belong to.
3. Food Experience
After exercising, parents and children will enjoy "Hotto Motto" bento boxes made with "rice," which is one of our strengths. In addition, we will give away "Kinmemai (3 go)" used in "Hotto Motto" as a gift. Please enjoy it at home as well.
