Yayoi-ken will be launching the "Oita Toriten Teishoku" for 960 yen, allowing customers to enjoy Oita's specialty "toriten," and the "Oita Toriten and Dango Jiru Teishoku" for 1,190 yen, where you can savor Oita's regional dish "dango jiru." The "Dango Jiru (a la carte)" will be available for 470 yen, starting April 7th (Tuesday). Furthermore, "toriten" will also be available for takeout, so you can enjoy the taste of Oita at home.

The juicy toriten, made with chicken thigh meat, is a dish you can enjoy with its freshly fried crispy texture. You can enjoy it as is, or in the Oita-style way with "ponzu" (citrus-based soy sauce) and "nerikarashi" (grated mustard). The refreshing ponzu and the accent of pungent grated mustard create a flavor that you won't get tired of until the very end. "Dango Jiru" is a miso-based regional dish made with Oita's barley miso.
