CANDY TUNE Premieres "HOT!SCOOP!" "Mazemaze Dance" at Hotto Motto New CM Announcement Event

Hotto Motto is pleased to announce the nationwide release of its new TV commercial, "Hotto Motto x CANDY TUNE Asia Fair! Yakiniku Bibimbap," starting April 1st (Wednesday), featuring the 7-member idol group "CANDY TUNE." To commemorate the release of this CM and the new product, a "Hotto Motto New CM Announcement Event" was held with CANDY TUNE as guests. The event featured the premiere of the new TV commercial. During a talk session, CANDY TUNE members sampled the new "Yakiniku Bibimbap" and shared their food reviews. Furthermore, their new song "HOT!SCOOP!" was performed for the first time, creating a highly energetic atmosphere.

All seven members of CANDY TUNE appeared at the announcement event dressed in the Asian-inspired costumes they wore during the CM filming. When asked about their outfits, Murakawa commented, "We often wear big, frilly costumes, but this was our first time in Asian-inspired outfits. The patterns are vibrant, and while each outfit is unique, they create a sense of unity when we stand together. They are truly wonderful costumes!" The members also shared anecdotes from the CM filming.

Q. How did you feel when you were chosen to appear in the Hotto Motto CM?

Fukuyama: We were so, so happy! Appearing in a commercial for Hotto Motto, a brand everyone loves, felt like a dream come true. And since our new song "HOT!SCOOP!" is also being used, we're thrilled to be able to deliver it to many people together with Hotto Motto!

Q. What did you think after seeing the completed CM?

Minami: From the moment we saw the finished CM, it looked so delicious it made my stomach rumble. (Laughs) During filming, we worked with the staff to figure out how to make it look as appetizing as possible, so we were very happy with the successful outcome.

Q. Please tell us the highlight of the CM.

Tachibana: Without a doubt, it's the "Mazemaze Dance" created to go with the "Yakiniku Bibimbap." It was inspired by the action of mixing bibimbap, and it's very catchy. We're already looking forward to dancing it with our fans at live performances!

Q. Please tell us a point you want viewers to look out for.

Kirihara: The formation changes during the "Mazemaze Dance" were difficult, and we all worked hard to synchronize our breathing. Having worked together for over three years, we were able to sync up our breathing immediately!

Q. Please tell us about something you tried for the first time during the CM shoot.

Miyano: While we usually hold microphones, holding food while dancing was a first for CANDY TUNE. It was difficult to hold it in a way that would look good on camera. We aimed for that fine line between almost spilling it but not quite, to make it look delicious!

Q. Please tell us about the challenges during the CM shoot.
