Renewal of the Official LINE Account

PlayNext Lab's 'Smart Public Lab for GovTech Program' was adopted for the renewal of the Nishiwaga Town LINE official account. This renewal implements chatbot functionality for information categories such as 'Basic Menu,' 'Childcare,' and 'Community Highlights.'

Three Enhanced 'Rich Menus'

Users can activate a chatbot from the three rich menus fixed at the bottom of the screen—'Basic Menu,' 'Childcare,' and 'Community Highlights'—to navigate to websites containing various information. While residents previously had to search the town's homepage to find the relevant page, they can now easily access information sources directly from the LINE chat screen.

'Segmented Delivery Function' to Customize Desired Content Categories

The town has introduced a 'segmented delivery' function to send out only the information residents wish to receive. Users can customize their desired content categories by answering questions in the 'Subscription Settings.' As the town can now deliver targeted information, its communication is expected to become more effective than ever.
