Renewal of Official LINE Account Play Next Lab's "Smart Public Lab for GovTech Program" was adopted for the renewal of Kitsuki City's official LINE account. This renewal introduces a "segmentation distribution function" to enhance chatbot capabilities and information dissemination for categories such as "Main Menu," "Childcare/Health," and "City Attractions," enabling the effective delivery of various municipal information. "Segmentation Distribution Function" Allows Customization of Desired Distribution Categories The "segmentation distribution" function, which delivers only the information residents wish to receive, has been implemented. By customizing desired distribution categories through "reception settings," it is expected that information dissemination from the city will become even more effective than before.
